Over the last 23 years we ve milled over 7 3 million square feet of wide plank flooring in solid and engineered profiles for thousands of satisfied customers. We are olde wood limited one of the nation s largest manufacturers of custom wide plank flooring and other unique reclaimed building materials. Our antique floors are finely crafted specific to each customer. It was a project i was looking forward to tackling.

Refinishing them was added to the list of to dos. These wonderful timbers are found when aged trees naturally reach the end of their life. We could have hired a pro they would have done a good job and the floors would have looked great. But where s the fun in that.

I had never restored old wood floors before and had only a slight notion of the process from watching hgtv. Old wood llc is an export grade maker of end grain floors for commercial industrial and residential applications. This natural weathering gives the wood unique character. We offer flooring in both tongue and groove as well as plain wide plank.

Most of our wood floors have interesting character marks such as nail holes peg mortises circle saw marks and beetle trails that are only truly available from reclaimed lumber. From the forest to the final product we control every aspect of our production and we can handle the world s largest jobs at home and abroad.
